HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders typically take 3-7 days to fulfill.  Once the order is fulfilled, shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.  Tracking numbers will be available at this time.  Keep in mind, stickers and patches may ship in an envelope that does not include tracking.  If their are any issues with shipping, please contact info@bluebisonapparel.com with your question or concern.

 

MY ORDER WAS LOST OR STOLEN.  WHAT DO I DO?

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for re-shipping the item. If a package is returned to us you may be asked to purchase postage to re-ship the item. Please contact the mailer (USPS, FedEx, DHL) regarding any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. This is typically a time sensitive issue, so as soon as you suspect a missing package, take action. Please note, If you choose a USPS First Class shipping option, there are limited tracking features and we will be unable to initiate a claim if a package is lost.
